Shocking “CUSTOMER” Service

Would give them 0 stars if I could. Ordered from them, driver left without handing me the food and turned off his phone so I couldn’t call him. No refund could be given because of my “account activity”, whatever that means. Was charged for this order twice. Needless to say that I won’t be ordering from them again.
