The service is shot, you complain and nothing happens. I have been a regular but today is my last draw. I ordered KFC randburg taxi rank at 9:00 pm and I am still waiting for my order. If I knew I wasn't going to get my food I would have just ordered somewhere. UberEats is ridiculous. It said the order will delay but even now it is still saying my order is being prepared. I am livid.
