Shared delivery option is terrible

Terribly delayed with shared delivery... My order was placed at 12:30pm on 10.08.2021, order was collected by the driver at 12:45pm, upon logging onto the app I noticed that someone had a shared delivery with mine, where as I paid the full delivery fee, and than received my order at 1:35pm, a hour later. Food was cold and unappetizing.

I am extremely unhappy with the shared delivery option. Especially when I pay the full delivery amount.

The unfortunate thing is that there is no option to change this upon placing the order.
