Shameful service from a ***ardly business

1 hour 30 minutes of waiting. 3 drivers later, numerous phone calls and messages and then OUR ORDER IS CANCELLED BY YOU!!!!!!!!!. At 7,30 on a Friday night. 2 kids to feed. No way to get hold of you, no message ability, no number. ***ardly - how bad must your service be that you have to hide away like that. Just an in-app offer of a R25 voucher off the next order - are you crazy?? There wont be another order. Restaurant promised they handed food over. Shameful, Shameful, Shameful. How do you still have a business?
