Shame on you UberEats

If there was a minus 10 I’d give it to UberEats. Their delivery yesterday for an order in Sandton was shocking. The food arrived cold and inedible. The restaurant said it had been collected at least 45 minutes before I received the food , although they are only 3 minutes away. The online support system is USELESS. No matter what the query or complaint, the response is the exact same automatically generated reply that they’ve looked into my problem and apologize. They obviously have NEVER looked into my reply. Shame on you UberEats!! I thought you care about customer service!!
