Shame on you Uber Eats!!!!

I ordered 6 pizzas from Roman's via the Uber eats app. The driver were at the wrong address and when we phoned, he apologized and saying that he swap our order with a delivery in Queenswood. They phoned him. He will go back and get our order and come back. After he left, the order showed delivered but I paid and received nothing. I can't reach customer service. This is the worst customer treatment I ever received. It feels like my money is ****** from me. Shame on you!!!! I will never use uber eats ever again!
