SHAME ON YOU UBER EATS!!!

As much as I respect the mostly excellent service of Uber taxis, I cannot find enough words to express my disgust with Uber Eats. Instead of just reviewing on a single experience, I can honestly say that I have NEVER had a good experience with them! From never arriving at my address and still having to pay the tip to an *********** driver, to just never receiving an order after having paid for it. To contact the help desk for support is an even bigger nightmare - they are just not prepared to listen or resolve any complaints. I have recently experienced problems with the app not updating information - which led to confusion (and a huge embarrassment!!) with the payment. Contacting the help desk just added to the problem. At NO time has Uber Eats ever made any amends or attempted to rectify such an obvious slip-up from their side!

I have, however, found a solution to the inefficient app - I permanently deleted it! And yet, I still cannot believe that two divisions of the same company operate on two opposites of the service spectrum.
