I placed a order. Just after i placed the order that i paid for delivery it said i must collect from door at kfc. Not to destinatiin that i cboosed kn the order. I tried to call them, could not get to talk to someone. They advisw me to cancel the order but then i will loose all the money.

They not giving you options to help even if its not you?

When you asked the driver to check, he asked you who will pay for it. He didnt even drive - hes waiting at the store but i had to pay delivery already. How is this possibel
