I ordered from a restaurant called Pizza Workshop. The order was collected at 19:30 something and I got the headed your way notification. It is now 21:54 and the driver has not delivered my food. They have been driving in circles in my area since 8pm. I cannot even call the driver because the number provided by uber eats doesn’t work. I tried to call the restaurant and it doesn’t have a Google profile. I tried to receive support from the help option and none of it helps my situation. I refuse to cancel the order because then I get charged for an order the driver seems to have ******. As I am writing this, I am watching the driver park 1 minute away from my address and read all my in app texts and not responding. I am very frustrated.
