I ordered McDonalds via UberEats, my order arrives and everything is soaked in coke. The burgers were soaked right through the boxes even the chips were wet. The driver looked extremely scared. Yes he most likely drove badly for this to happen, However, he called the UberEats call center, I really thought seen as this is IN NO WAY MY FAULT, that they would refund me and resend me the order free of charge. However, the woman on the line says, sorry mam we do appologise and will refund you. I then asked how long before I get my money back and she says a few business days..... HOW THE F$#@ DO I ORDER MORE FOOD WITH NO MONEY IN MY ACCOUNT AS THIS WAS MY LAST MONEY I USED. THE SERVICE FROM UberEats IS F$#@ING PATHETIC. IN NO WAY DO THEY EVEN TRY TO ACCOMMODATE THE CLIENT
