Selfish service

I'm so done with them. I ordered food only to realize that it's on my work address not home so I was ****ed but knew it was my mistake. Yesterday I ordered and nothing arrived no call, no message nothing just me trying to see how I can contact the driver. Now I get a message saying after reviewing my activity with them they have concluded nothing can be don't for me eyo haike. I made another order same time as this one with UberEATS and because it wasn't for me that mrd guy still left the order and called to tell me to get my fiance to find it at reception and for me that is service not what UberEATS does by always ready to just leave because you paid and that's your problem
