Please assist on Saturday the 18th of June 2021 at 18:43 I place an order at Nandos via uber eats. After a while of waiting I didn't received my oder and it was not even appearing on my app. I tried to call uber costommer care they told me that the money is on hold they go a refund me I must go on the app and chat with them. When I chat with them on their app on help the guy told me that they are not going to pay me back I was suppose to report it with in 48 hours then boom my R 375 was gone. ?????
