UberEats has the worst customer service They are a ****, They occasionally debit money from my account without authorization for ***** purposes. I got ****med, I entered the app but exited it immediately as I decided to go buy the food myself but on my way I get notifications on my phone that a transactions was done. Their services are extremely poor because you can't query transactions or even reverse them
