****! Do not refund for undelivered food!

They do not refund for goods not delivered which is unfair on the eater. I tried calling the driver 3 times and he switched his phone off and he had claimed that he dropped the food off at the reception. There is no reception at the delivery address in question. I asked for my refund but they would not assist me. I deleted the app, good riddance :)
