SA's worst delivery service - Uber Eats

Must be the worst delivery service in South Africa - by some way ! Food takes FOREVER to arrive, and sometimes not at all. I've received notification that my order has arrived, and when I go to collect I get a new message saying another driver has been assigned. Invariably the food arrives cold and messy. What's even worse I know that they employ unlicensed drivers who travel on unlicensed motorbikes. And it's virtually impossible to speak to someone from the company. What a mess !
