Sad what uber eats has become

Ordered food last night while driving past cresta from a Thai restaurant in cresta, when uber eats delivered the guy called said we not there, I noticed the app used my driving location... I said the order was over four hundred and a decent tip too pls just come to my address two km further... He reluctantly agreed... He never came, ten minutes later he posted a photo and claimed DELIVERED.... I have contacted uber since yesterday eve multiple times with no response... All the help and service lines in SA are also disabled.... Sad, use to be a pleasure to deal with them... Now seems the ***** and *******ion in SA has become too much and of course honestly hard working customers like myself end up getting worked over.
