****s and Bad service

I went on to the Uber app as per usual. My card was loaded already,wanted to purchase food on the app but Decided to rather cancel. Anyways my banking app sends me a Notication of A R500 deduction mind you i never approved it via the app. The 500 was decducted. When i called Capitec they said i should check the app yes there was a R500 there logged out logged back in thinking l will rather use it. Went in the UBER app there was nothing there. They took my R500 to where i dont know giving me the Run around with refunding my money. Then it say parktown then CPT different locations then it says Transport on my app which i never approved. This **** or whatever it is. Is not the 1st time Luckily the 1st inccident my account was empty. I want my Money Refunded.
