RUDE, UNPROFESSIONAL AND ******* - JOAN

I ordered food, Joan, lady from uber came to deliver my food, she called once and i asked her where she is, she said she was outside at the parking, i told her our parking is very big and i wont find she must come to reception, she threatened to leave with my food, even after i told her numerous times that i was at reception waiting for my food. she left with it and called me after a couple of minutes telling me to meet her at mc donalds, i told her i cant come there, she must either take my food back to the restuarant she fot it from or delivere it to me she refused and told me i can lay a complaint, and she hung up. UBEREATS IS WORSE THAN WORSE, I WILL NEVER EVER USE IT AND I WILL MAKE SURE THAT ALL MY FAMILY MEMBERS, FRIEND AND COLLEAGUES DELETE THE ****ING APP FROM THEIR PHONES... THIS WAS MY SECOND INCIDENT WITH THEM, THE FIRST TIME MY FOOD WAS JUST DROOPED AT RECEPTION AND I COULDNT EVEN GET HOLD OF THE DRIVER. SO IM DONE WITH YOU. NEVER AGAIN
