Rude Uber Eats Driver, delivered an incomplete order

I have ordered 3x Big Mac meals and 2 Chillie Cheese Fries (MacFlavor Fries) paid R350.50 and the following happened: The driver was rude when asked why are the drinks opened and split. He said he is driving a s******. If I didn't want my drinks to be spilt I should have fetched them myself. I told him that this not the first time I have had a s****** delivery and I have never experienced this. He continued to say if I don't want it he can take it back. He got onto his s****** and left. When I checked the order, I noticed that the order was missing 1 package of chillie cheese fries, I instantly called him, he answered and when I told him that the order is incomplete, he hung up on me. I called again, he declined the call. Called back again he eventually switched off his phone.
