RUDE UBER EATS DELIVERY DRIVER

I ordered a meal at around 6.41pm on the app today as I had a company voucher for R100.The delivery driver called Anthony based n Bloemfontein was so rude, mean and unprofessional. I never wish to deal with Uber eats if they employ such people. I was not aware we need need to pay R2.00 as it is the first time I actually order through Uber eats.I went inside the flat to collect the R2.00 only to find the delivery driver gone with the meal. Guess what so was my R100 voucher on the app yet Anthony the delivery guy left with the meal.So I paid for the meal I never got yet app still says I need to pay R101.Like how?
