Rude driver

I ordered food at 12 and it only arrived at 13:00 because the driver did not follow the instructions that were noted with each order. The driver then proceeded to lecture me on how I put in the incorrect address and furthermore went on to tell me that he uses a data sim and doesn't take calls. How am I supposed to help with directions if he's unreachable?!
