Rude delivery and food shortage

I ordered a Burger King now from Blue Route when the driver comes and throws my food down and The drink he throw it away and he out the rest my food on the floor . He told me he doesn't care I even have a video him throwing my drink away and literally putting my food on the ground and left. His name is justice
