RUDE AND DISRESPECTFUL DRIVER

The driver that delivered my order today gave false information that I did not pay him for my order, meanwhile I know I paid him the full amount, I am fuming and felt that the driver thought its okay to disrespect me, simply because I am lady. He firstly did not do as i requested on the app, he did not meet me at the door as requested even after I advised him what to do, which i didn't mind at all at that time but now I think that he did what he did on purpose, as soon as he realized that I am a black lady he saw no reason to show me respect.

I just don't understand the logic of taking an order without paying for it and also if that's the case why did he give me the R10,00 change? Yho your driver is disrespectful and he ruined my evening mxm.
