Robbing people day light

Gooday can hello Peter help me out here I don't know why customers rights are being violated by Uber eats and nothing is being done...

I made an online order with Uber eats on Saturday and i paid online and my order was canceled they didn't even bother to call me and explaining to me what's going on but they did refund me my money on that same Saturday OK i took that money and kept it in Uber cash as I wanted to place an order again on Sunday of which i did but unfortunately the chicken i bought at mochachos mall at R55 it was dry and also had a bad smell on top of that and I couldn't eat it then i asked for refund...

I was refunded my money back but unfortunately it was paid into Uber cash then i made contact with them they said to me they can't refund me i will have to use that money next time i order with them I don't understand what wrong with them coz i told them that i don't think i will order via Uber eats according to what i experienced so all i want is my money back into my account as it was deducted from my bank account is my money not their voucher so can they please give my money back
