Robbing me

This place is so ridiculous I have been conned twice where my order is not delivered and they deduct the money when I complain on the App they tell me I won't be refunded the drivers tell me they at my delivery address when I go out they not there I tell to leave at security and they don't deliver please be careful for these people .... can someone please advise how I can take this matter further please
