******s!! Uber Eats stole our money!

******s! Horrible experience! It was my anniversary weekend so my husband and I decided to order out considering the lockdown, and UberEats stole our order. The guy never showed up despite my husband even going all the way down outside our building to try to make it easier for the deliver guy. My husband stood outside for half and hour longer after the expected delivery time(which is extremely dabgerous as is considering the virus and all the people walking on the roads he did not need to be exposed that way) yet we didnt even receive our meal even after all of that. No call, no food, no refund up till today(3days later) this company has not even responded to the complaint we immediately logged!!!! What a horrible company robbing people on the most special of days, really hurt and offended by this experience and I will continue sharing this with everyone I speak to so that no one else becoms victims of this theft.
