Placed an order today from my office and it was never delivered. I tried contacting the driver multiple times while waiting for him outside. The phone number given was taking me to voicemail and he was just reading my text in the chat and not responding. I raised this immediately via the app through the help options but I still couldn't get a hold of him. I sent a message to Twitter and they tell me that it is all my fault and they won't refund me. HOW.
