****** me of R2,000 and don't want to refund my money!

Yoh guys. I am so sorry disappointed in Uber Eats. I've only been a loyal customer to them and now they can't even refund my money. Someone used my card details on their app and ordered food for R2,050. I told Uber Eats this is ********** transactions and that it wasn't me. They literally told me that I must look on my friends and family members Uber Eats apps to check if they made orders for that amount. Absolutely ridiculous service Please avoid using them. They really don't want to help.
