****** by UberEats and their driver!!! Paid but no food!!!!

I ordered a meal from Pedro's in Wynberg via UberEats and paid using my card on the App. The driver marked my order as delivered when I didn't receive my order. He didn't contact me or even ask for me at the security guard at the gate. I have had no assistance from your Support team!!! I use U erEats a lot and I am disappointed in this kind of ******* from you and your drivers!!! I want my money back!!!! And I wouldn't recommend your services to anyone using their card. I'm sure if I was paying cash I would have gotten my order!!! I want my money!!!!
