****** by Uber Eats & Pedro's Raisethorpe

They do not even deserve one start. I placed my order on Uber Eats for Pedro's Chicken Raisethorpe and paid with my debit card. The order was confirmed and I received a message to collect. When my husband got there the cashier and manager insisted that no order was placed. He then had to come back home to collect my phone to show them them the app and the fact the payment had been made. They still insisted no order was placed. I tried multiple times to contact Uber and received no reply. I eventually had to leave without a refund and did not receive my order. I can not believe what happened today. They actually stole my money and did not reply.
