****** by their driver

I recently moved to Johannesburg South. I used UberEats to buy pizzas from Romans Ormonde. I ordered 3 large pizzas which totalled an amount of R300 and used the cash payment as a method of payment. The driver Tholiwe came to deliver the pizzas and I paid her the cash, we made conversation and I told her that I'd tip her via the app. Just after we are, I went onto the app to rate and tip her and I seen that she noted that she wasn't paid for the food and I had to pay another R300 into the app. I immediately called the helpline and they couldn't pick up an account with my cell number. Monday, I.went onto UberEats profile on Facebook and still no.help. eventually I got a dm asking for my order details and they only responded last night (Thursday) it took them 4 days to tell me that they are dealing with my case and that I.had been communicated with via the app which was also only last night. I am disgusted. I was ****** by their driver and they have no concern in sorting this out. I want my money back. I paid R600 for 3 pizzas.I don't want any.vouchers or coupons or credits on the app because I will never use the app again. Their drivers can't be trusted
