RIDICULOUS SERVICE FROM UBER EATS

My friend ordered KFC on my behalf using Uber eat on 25th March at 22.41 amount R113.90 to be delivered to my house address the food was never delivered and i had impression the order did not go successful only today my friend told me the account was debited for the order and i never got the food delivered. The drivers name is Muzela James i want the contact detail must tell me where about the food this is seriously ridiculous service from uber eat i cant believe one can order for food and it does not get delivered to the address no communication no one called to ask any question just like that R113.90 no refund
