Ridiculous delivery time, food is ice cold!!!

My order took over an hour because of multiple stops along the way and BS reasons for saving in fees and making sure there are enough drivers for all deliveries. Everything is ice cold!! Must we pay extra now for a direct delivery just to ensure quality food is delivered timeously??? EVERYTHING IS COLD!!!! #1AAA6
