Number 1 your bot is not very helpful on certain matters and the user friendliness of your complaint logging sucks! Number 2 I have waited over an hour for my food. Who eats soggy burgers? And cold food? Then you expect me to pay R168.00 to cancel because of it? Is ut my fault that your driver has delivered 2 other orders while I wait and leave mine for over an hour? Ridiculous
