Ridiculous

I have been using the uber app for about 13 years and the uber eats app since it’s inception in a South Africa and my God the drivers are always unfriendly and this latest experience I had was the straw that broke the camels back. I ordered a buy 1 get 1 free meal and just received 1 meal, I messaged customer service about getting the second meal as my wife is recovering from a c section and I wanted to spoil her with a meal. But support took about 17 hours to get back to me and when they did they kept going on about a refund. I DID NOT WANT A DAMN REFUND. I wanted the food for my wife and I to celebrate our newborn and so that I can take a break from cooking. I have since deleted this app and it’s a weight off my shoulders, I also cancelled my Uber One subscription because God forbid i give another cent to the food side of things. Regular uber great! Uber eats ****!
