Revolting and Pathetic Service

I ordered food for an amount of R521 from uber eats for delivery at my work address. I never received a call from them and the next thing my order said “delivered” while I had not received it! I logged a complaint around 11:30 as i couldn’t get through to them via the phone and till now no one has had a decency to come back to me.
