Over the years ubereats has become worse and worse and borderline ******. Whenever my white friends complain its almost an immediate response and reimbur*****t. Yesterday we ordered from ubereats the driver was never at my house, never buzzed my buzzer never gave me my food. In fact he stated he didn't have a license to enter my premises. Ubereats decides that they will not reimburse me. This is about the 5th time in one month we have had issues with either their drivers or merchants or the service itself with no real response. I urge black people to deactivate that nonsense.
