Return my money

If it was possible to rate this company lower than one star, that is what I would do. On the 18th of November, I placed an order with RocoMamas through UberEats at 13h33. I received a message from the app stating that my order could not be placed. An amount of R167,95 was nonetheless debited from my account despite my never receiving the order. Every avenue I've tried to contact Uber regarding this matter has gone unanswered and the transaction has not been reversed on my account.
