Restaurant accepted my order and then closed

A placed an order with McDonald's Cosmo Gate and the order was received but when the delivery guy went to pick it up he sent me a message saying that the restaurant is closed so he cancelled. Then my order kept getting passed around to different delivery guys until I got a message saying that it can't be delivered. I already filled in a form on the app to cancel the order so I can get my refund.
