Request to stop deduction -

I have not been using UberEats now for several months. They have taking R50-00 every month from my bank account. I have contacted my bank several times and requested them to stop this deduction. They just tell me that they cannot stop the deduction, that i need to contact the company (UberEATS) to do that. I have been trying to contact them, i even send e-mails to requesting for the deduction to be stopped, and still it is being deducted every month, even if i am not using uber at ALL.
