Request for refund of cancelled order.

I bought food from KFC Meadowdale on Thursday 13 May 2021. Within a few seconds of confirming the order I subsequently cancelled it. I want my refund as I did not get the food since the order was cancelled.

They charged me when they shouldn't have. Please assist. I did not get the service in full, so why must I be charged for it. This is terrible service and a bad way to cheat customers out of their money. I just want my refund.
