Reporting ubereats ***** to the Ombudsman

My order says it was delivered but the driver never arrived at my address. He took a picture of the order on his motorbike no where near my address. Uber eats says they won't give me a refund. I called the Nando's branch and they gave me the driver's cell number. The driver (Willy) says he "threw it away".

I went to the Instagram page to complain only to find the comment section FLOODED with the exact same type of complaint.

Judging by the number of complaints, Uber eats have been given a right/privilege by Uber eats to help themselves to our orders with no fear of any consequences.
