Reporting this to the ombudsman

I placed an order at 18 13 pm cause just came from work and I’m hungry I get assigned to a driver after 2 hours waiting for the driver I decide to call him cause I was very hungry he than decided to drop my call now stuck here almost 3 hours still waiting for food is this what Uber eats does to their client for what you guys did I’m reporting you to the ombudsman firstly I have high blood pressure and my body is shacking because I’m hungry now I have to cook hungry like this because you guys decided not to deliver my food if you guys are tired of delivering food u better close your business but 100 percent I’m reporting this unfair treatment
