Repeated Issues With Orders and Incorrect Charges

I have had two disappointing experiences with Uber Eats in the past year:

1. Incomplete order: One of my orders arrived missing an item. Although Uber Eats issued a refund, it was only a small portion of the value of the missing item, which felt unfair.

2. Promotional pricing not honoured: On another occasion, I was charged full price despite a promotional offer being clearly advertised at the time of ordering.

Based on these repeated issues, I no longer trust the platform to handle orders or billing reliably. I would appreciate a proper resolution and clarity regarding their refund and promotional pricing policies.
