Remove the R150 amount

I am being charged for food I didn't recieved or ate that costed R150. The diver cancelled the order when the app said he is outside but the driver cancelled after 20min so know I can't use Uber ride becouse R150 fee I must pay and it's not fair I'm not happy they must remove that R150 on the app, they have records they can check, it's really fast rating me from last year even know I need help, Uber is taking me for a ride honestly.
