Refusing to refund burnt food.

I use this app so often but I am so disappointed. Wimpy Greenside delivered burnt inedible flapjacks and so I complained via the app and the customer service people say burnt food is not grounds for a refund! Seriously!!! So I must pay for burnt inedible food?
