Refusing to refund

I purchased from uber eat markets on the 13/08/2024 while at work , I received a missed call from the delivery guy and when tried to Call back is said number does not exist, Okay fine... I went downstairs to collect the order and it was not there , I asked the receptionist and they confirmed that there was no delivery parcel left at the desk. I lodged a complaint and uber eats insists that i accepted the delivered and even entered my Pin , I do not remember any of that and i would Like to get my R 185 Back as i did not receive the order and i refuse to donate this amount of money as its a lot.
