Refusing to give me my refund

I am very annoyed by the service I’m receiving I ordered food from Jozi kitchen on Uber eats for my lunch break the estimated time delivery past and it was increased with another 20 minutes which I waited but after two hours of waiting I had to cancel the order because I’ve been waiting for a long time and the kitchen was still preparing for two hours and the estimated time kept changing and the latest delivery time even past and I had to cancel because my lunch had ended even the cancellation tells you why you would get charge and my reason was not amongst those reason and they don’t want to give me my refund
