Refused a legitimate refund

After having my order not arrive completed with rebels pizza fourways, uber eats refuses to refund me for the items that have not arrived. The response from them were disgraceful to say the least and implying that I as a consumer abused their "terms of use". Seems like they think they are above the consumer protection act and have a complete disregard for my rights as a consumer. I will be taking this matter up further, irrespective of the amount of the order, they part ways with a lot more.

And by the looks of the 700+ reviews on this site, they clearly have zero concern for us as consumers. Not a single response to any one single review. DAVID KITLEY , UBER EATS GM SOUTH AFRICA....Do you perhaps have anything to say about this? Not a single process put in place to address compliants of consumers on a platform such as hellopeter. I guess the lack of consumer focus has been implemented using the top down approach. Just terrible!
