Refuse refund

I ordered food that was suppose to be delived @ 13:00 food came early which was great! As i am on the 7th floor! And the driver was gone/never pithed! I thoigh okay fine i will just ask for my refund and order again! Apparently if the UberEats driver drives away with your food you still PAY! What a load of ****! My R200 i want back!
